1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Bidluxia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Eligibility & Verification
To participate in auctions on Bidluxia, users must be at least 18 years old and resident in India. We require identity verification (KYC) for all bidders to maintain the integrity of our marketplace. Bidluxia reserves the right to refuse service or access to the platform at its sole discretion.
3. Auction Rules & Bidding
Every bid placed on Bidluxia is a legally binding contract to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder. Bids cannot be retracted once placed. Auctions may include a reserve price; if the reserve is not met, the seller is not obligated to sell the vehicle.
4. Fees & Payments
Winning bidders are subject to a buyer's fee as specified in the auction listing. Payment for the winning bid must be initiated within the timeframe specified (typically 7 days). Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of the entry fee and suspension of the user account.
5. Listing Content
While Bidluxia attempts to verify the accuracy of listings, we do not guarantee the condition of any vehicle. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their descriptions. Buyers are encouraged to perform their own due diligence before bidding.
6. Limitation of Liability
Bidluxia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the platform.
